1. The service
CharmGym is an educational dating-confidence product operated by S.R.L. PERFECTION STUDIO in the Republic of Moldova. It offers self-assessment, structured lessons, AI simulations, and practice feedback designed to support respectful real-world communication.
The current version is a public preview. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we test reliability and product usefulness.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Do not use CharmGym if local law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Coaching, not therapy or professional advice
CharmGym is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or matchmaking service. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, guarantee dates, or determine whether a relationship is right for you. Practice scores are learning signals, not clinical assessments or judgments of personal worth.

4. AI simulations and limitations
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Simulated personas are not real people and do not predict how another person will respond. You remain responsible for your choices, messages, safety, consent, and real-world interactions.

5. Acceptable use
You may not use CharmGym to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, or deceive another person;
- bypass consent, continue after a refusal, or generate manipulative “pickup” tactics;
- create sexual content involving minors or use the service while under 18;
- probe, disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
- submit content you have no right to use; or
- use automated access except where we have given written permission.
We may limit or end access where needed to protect people, the service, or legal compliance.
6. Your input and CharmGym content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process it only to provide, safeguard, and troubleshoot the requested feature as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without permission.
The CharmGym name, visual design, curriculum, software, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial learning but may not copy or resell it.
7. Availability and preview pricing
The public preview is currently provided without a paid subscription. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage. Paid plans will have separate price, renewal, cancellation, and refund information before purchase; these terms will be updated before payments are enabled.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the preview is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a specific relationship, confidence, wellbeing, or dating outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on an AI reply, a third party, or an event outside our reasonable control.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without removing mandatory protections you may have under the law of your country. Before a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue fairly.
